Description
Baler Bollegraaf HBC 100 A, built in 2001, including turbulator, overhauled in the workshop
Materials: paper, cardboard, film, PET, beverage cans, textiles.
Accessories: turbulator, wire pulling station, bale chute
The press has been overhauled by us and is in good condition.
The following work was carried out:
* Derusting, grinding, steel construction and painting of the press
Floor renewed
* Press carriage: All running and guide rollers renewed. Steel construction.
* Renewal of the guide plastics
* Cylinder seal sets replaced and checked
* Needle guide renewed
* Needle box checked
* Reconditioning of the wire rollers
* Reconditioning of the lower wire roller unit
* Inspection and repair work on the electrical system
* Testing the hydraulics for pressure and leaks
* Testing the pump and drive motor
* Tank cleaning
* Functional test in manual and automatic
The hydraulic hoses are from 2015. We recommend replacing them.
